If you’re holding everything together on the outside but feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted on the inside, you’re not alone—and support can help. I support adults who are balancing demanding careers, parenting responsibilities, and the ongoing pressure to keep everything functioning.
My approach is client-centered, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I believe meaningful change occurs when individuals feel genuinely understood—without judgment or pressure to perform. Therapy is collaborative and paced intentionally, allowing space for insight, self-compassion, and practical strategies that fit real life.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years as a corporate executive, giving me firsthand understanding of leadership demands, high-stakes decision-making, and the challenge of maintaining work-life balance while parenting. I understand how personal needs often get sidelined while caring for others and meeting professional expectations.
I support adults navigating anxiety, burnout, work-life imbalance, and parenting stress, helping them reduce emotional overload, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with themselves in sustainable ways.
For some clients, I also offer animal-assisted therapy as part of the therapeutic process.
